Charges on Free Plans. Free Plans, if any, will also be assessed applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees, based on the details of the plan selected. These fees will be calculated based on the standard Month-to-Month Plan price for the Service.

PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 22.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each payday, each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his wages and deductions.
SAVINGS PROVISIONS 19.1 If any provisions of this Agreement are held to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions will not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
