Charging categories. (a) If there are any conditions that are relevant to any tariff or charging category which apply to you for provision of customer connection services to the premises, we must advise you or your retail entity of those conditions. (b) You must comply with any conditions referred to in paragraph (a). (c) If you do not comply with the conditions referred to in paragraph (a), we may change the tariff or charging category that applies to you.
