Once the Team has raised the minimum £500 donation, it may raise further monies for any of the official Mongol Rally charities as listed on the official event website, or for a different UK registered and legitimate charity of its choice provided that all donations made, irrespective of the recipient charity, are carried out through an online donations system approved by the Company. This figure is in addition to any gift aid, any other tax reclaim scheme. All charity donations raised by or on behalf of a team must be made through an online donations system approved by the Company and all minimum donation amounts paid to the charities no later than 27th September 2024. Further details of this process are contained in the Mongol Rally Online Adventure Handbook available via the User Homepage of each Team member by logging in at xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, using the login details issued to each Team member by the Company at the point of entrance onto the Event. The Team must link to each of its fundraising pages by entering the online fundraising ID (s) for each page into the official event website, by logging in at xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, using the login details issued to each Team member by the Company at the point of entrance onto the Event. Upon notice from the Company the Team shall remove the logo(s) or brand(s) of any sponsor(s) from the Team vehicle or any other Team items, or cease to grant any other right(s) to its sponsor(s) immediately, where the Company deems such sponsorship to conflict with any sponsorship or branding arrangements made between the Company and a Commercial Partners and/or any other Event sponsor(s). Should the Team decide to cover its adventure expenses it must make it abundantly clear to all donors and/or sponsors how any donations and/or sponsorship are being used. The team agrees to follow the guidelines as laid out by the Institute of Fundraising - xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx-xx- xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and acknowledges that, without prejudice to any other provisions of the Terms of Entry, the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules, it shall remain liable for any breach of any applicable law, regulation or law in respect of the fundraising activity it carries out. Entry Fee Refund Schedule upon Withdrawal from the Event Paying by instalments? This is important: If you pay the entry fee by instalments the refund amounts below are not a percentage of what you’ve paid until the date you withdraw. The percentages showing what you can reclaim refer to the full entry fee amount. For example if you are due 75% back that means we have to keep the other 25% of the full price entry fee. If you have paid less than 25% of the full entry fee in instalments at the point you withdraw you won’t be due a refund. Full refund: More than one year until launch day Within 28 days of paying for your place, even if it’s less than a year until launch date 75% refund: Available until 12th April 2024. 50% Refund: From 13th April 2024 to 31st May 2024. 5% Refund: From 1st June to 15th June 2024. No refund due: From 16th June 2024 you are not entitled to a refund. Changes made by the Company to the event schedule or postponement of the event do not result in a change, extension or alteration of the refund policy. If no entry fee is paid, including but not limited to a Team taking up a transfer, this refund policy is not applicable. The refund policy is governed by the policy in place for the original purchase. For example if a team registers on an event in 2023 and is granted a transfer to an event in 2024, the refund policy for the 2023 event is applicable. Where additional part payment is required because a team is granted a transfer and the future event carries a higher entry fee, this means there will be two separate payments and two corresponding entry agreements, including refund policies, that apply. The entry fee paid at the point of original registration is subject to the terms of the entry agreement in place for the event purchased on first registration. Any additional payment or part payment made when a team is granted a transfer is governed by the entry agreement in place for the event they have transferred to.
