Common use of Charrette Clause in Contracts

Charrette. Intensive planning session where designers and others collaborate on a vision for development. It provides a forum for ideas and offers the unique advantage of giving immediate feedback to the designers. More importantly, it allows everyone who participates to be a mutual author of the plan. The charrette process is focused workshop(s), which take place during the early phase of the design process. All project team members meet together to exchange ideas, encouraging generation of integrated design solutions.
