Charter SchoolLevel. 1. In the event the complainant does not believe the problem has been resolved satisfactorily at the Individual level, the complainant shall be requested to put the complaint in writing and direct it to the Charter School administrator within thirty (30) calendar days of the final decision at the Individual level.
