Check-In Check-in occurs when Student obtains keys to a Unit from the University, regardless of whether or not Student commences occupying the assigned Unit.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 8.11.1 Specific check-in information will be provided to all Resident students via the Residential Life website (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx). A resident planning to check-in after the stated arrival period, must notify Residential Life prior to the stated check-in time. 8.11.2 Each Resident is given a room key or card access to the apartment/room, and electronic card access to the building through their ID card or a key to the outside/foyer door. Residents may receive additional keys within specific areas of campus, such as mailbox keys. Residents who lose their room or mailbox key, or fail to return keys upon vacating the room, will be charged accordingly.

Request for Dues Check Off Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues check off for the Exclusive Representative, provided that dues check off and the proceeds thereof shall not be allowed any employee organization that has lost its right to dues check off pursuant to the PELRA Upon receipt of a properly executed authorization card of the employee involved, the District will deduct from the employee’s paycheck the dues as specified by the Union.
Certification of eligibility a. By entering into this contract, the contractor certifies that neither it (nor he or she) nor any person or firm who has an interest in the contractor's firm is a person or firm ineligible to be awarded Government contracts by virtue of section 3(a) of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act or 29 CFR 5.12(a)(1). b. No part of this contract shall be subcontracted to any person or firm ineligible for award of a Government contract by virtue of section 3(a) of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act or 29 CFR 5.12(a)(1).
DUES CHECK-OFF 1. The Board shall deduct from the wages of employees in the bargaining unit, upon receipt from the Union of individual authorization cards executed or individually signed by the employee, state dues and local dues or service fee for those employees hired by the Board on or after July 1, 1995. Revocation of dues shall be by written notice to the OAPSE State Treasurer, Treasurer of Local 149, and the Treasurer of the School District during the last ten calendar days of negotiated agreement. Members electing to withdraw from the Union must submit a written request, received within the ten (10) day withdrawal period, to OAPSE State Office at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx 00000, attention: Membership. 2. The Board agrees not to check off dues from the pay of any bargaining unit members for any other labor organization during the term of this Agreement. 3. Dues deductions shall be deducted in twenty-four equal installments starting with the second pay in September. The money collected by the Treasurer of the School District shall be forwarded to the OAPSE State Treasurer and Treasurer of Local 149 along with a list of members and the amounts individually deducted from each, no later than ten (10) working days after they are collected. A duplicate list of names and individual deductions shall be given to the local Treasurer at the time they are sent to the OAPSE State Treasurer. 4. Service Fee - Each employee covered by this Agreement who is hired on or after July 1, 1995, who fails voluntarily to acquire or maintain membership in the Union, shall be required to pay to OAPSE a service fee, which shall not exceed the dues paid by members of OAPSE who are in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement; provided that any employee who has been declared exempt for religious convictions by the State Employment Relations Board (SERB) shall not be required to pay said fee. However, such employee shall pay, in lieu of such fee, on the same time schedule as Union dues are payable an amount of money equal to such fee to a non-religious charitable fund exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, mutually agreed upon by such employee and the OAPSE state treasurer. Such employee shall furnish to the OAPSE state treasurer written receipts evidencing payment to such agreed upon non-religious fund. The provisions of this Article shall be explained to the employee at the time of the hiring interview. A written statement explaining the Service Fee shall be provided, by the Board, at the time of hire. The provisions of the service fee shall not be applicable to new hires until completion of their first sixty (60) calendar days of employment or to any employees exempt from the bargaining unit by virtue of being supervisory, managerial, confidential or casual employees. The Union shall adopt an internal rebate procedure in accordance with Section 4117.09(c) of the Ohio Revised Code which complies with Federal law. 5. The Union agrees to hold the Board harmless in any suit, claim or administrative proceeding arising out of or connected with the imposition, determination or collection of service fees for dues, to indemnify the Board for any liability imposed on it as a result of any such suit, claim or administrative proceeding to and to reimburse the Board for any and all expenses incurred by the Board in defending any such suit, claim or administrative proceeding, including attorney fees and court costs. For purposes of this section, the term “Board” includes the Board of Education of the Shaker Heights City School District, its members, the Treasurer, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent-Business and Operations1 and all members of the administrative staff.
Notification of Disbursement Method Form Pursuant to the Project Agreement executed for this loan, there are two methods by which funds can be disbursed. The first method is for the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) to pay vendors directly. The second method is for the Commission to reimburse the subdivision after project costs have been incurred and paid by the subdivision. For loans only, the OPWC needs to be formally notified in advance as to which method the subdivision plans to utilize. Please refer to the enclosure entitled "Notification of Disbursement Method" and the accompanying "Instructions for Declaring Official Intent". In deciding which method to use please consider the following: • Discuss your disbursement options and preferences with your Project Manager, Xxxxx Xxxxx, prior to making a selection. • Passing a Resolution of Intent for the entire loan amount doesn't do you any harm and can actually be beneficial in the event the Commission needs to reimburse the subdivision in the event of an overpayment. • At any point during the life of the project you can always have the OPWC pay contractors directly even if you have passed a Resolution. • If you need to pass a Resolution, we encourage subdivisions to do so as early as possible. At a minimum, a Resolution must be adopted no later than 60 days after the date of construction related project costs for which the subdivision will seek reimbursement from us.
Rejection of Entries Bank shall have the right to reject any Entry which does not comply with the requirements of Section 5 of this Article III and the requirements of Article VII ("Security Procedures"), or which contains an Effective Entry Date more than two (2) days after the Business Day such Entry is received by Bank. Bank shall have the right to reject an On-Us Entry for any reason for which an Entry may be returned under the Rules. Bank shall have the right to reject any Entry if Company has failed to comply with its account balance obligations as set forth in Section 11 below. Bank shall notify Company by phone or electronic transmission of such rejection no later than the Business Day such Entry would otherwise have been transmitted by Bank to the ACH Operator or, in the case of an On-Us Entry, its Effective Entry Date. Bank shall have no liability to Company by reason of the rejection of any such Entry or the fact that such notice is not given at an earlier time than that provided for herein.
REQUIREMENT ON ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION OF E-BIDDERS 1.1. Any interested party who intend to participate in the online public auction ("E-Bidders") auction can register as a user by logging onto PAH Website 1.2. To participate in the online public auction, the party shall: a) be an individual: 18 years and above, of sound mind and not a bankrupt; b) be a corporate body: incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and must not be in liquidation and be able to take, fulfil and perform all necessary actions, conditions and matters (including obtaining any necessary consents) in terms of law to enable E-bidders to participate in the public auction and complete the purchase in the event of successful bid. 1.3. To register as a user, a party is required to submit/upload the following documents through PAH Website: a) Individual: Photocopy of NRIC/Passport b) Corporate: i) Memorandum and Articles of Association/Constitution of company ii) Board of Directors Resolution iii) Form 24, Form 44, From 49 or equivalent under companies Act 2016 or other applicable laws and a duly signed Board of Director's Resolution. 1.4. E-Bidders eligibility requirements are also subject to the existing Federal and State legal provisions. Foreign nationals or companies are also advised to take note of restrictions applicable on foreign purchase imposed by the relevant authorities. 1.5. E-Bidders only need to register once with true, current and accurate information provided and this registration can be applied for future auctions on PAH Website. 1.6. E-bidders are responsible to identify the property correctly and to ensure that all the details and description are correct and accurate before bidding. 1.7. It is the sole and absolute responsibility of all intending E-Bidders and at the E-Bidders' own costs and expenses, seek and obtain from the Developer and/or the relevant authorities or bodies, all confirmations and/or consents as may be required or as may be applicable in respect of the purchase of the Property and to satisfy themselves on the physical condition of the Property and all matters in connection with the Property prior to the bidding(including and not limited to verifying the identity, particulars, state and condition of the Property and the terms of the conditions and restrictions affecting the Property if any, whether or not the Property is reserved for Bumiputera or Malay Reserved only and/or is a low cost property, and matters relating to the ownership and transfer of the Property, the status of the separate document of title to the Property and its particulars, the liabilities including amounts of outstanding service or maintenance charges owing and other obligations pertaining to the Property and the E-bidders' eligibility and qualification to purchase the Property). E-Bidders shall be deemed to have full knowledge of all of the matters aforesaid. The Auctioneer,the Assignee/Bank, the Assignee/Bank's solicitors, PAH website and their respective agents or servants do not in any way make representation or warranty in respect of any of the aforesaid and shall not in any way be responsible or liable to the E-Bidders in respect of any of the aforesaid. 1.8. The registration of an individual or company as an E-Bidder on the PAH website shall not be construed as approval of eligibility of the intended bidder to conclude the auction sale.
