Common use of Checks Clause in Contracts

Checks. All checks, drafts and orders for the payment of money, notes and other evidences of indebtedness issued in the name of the Company shall be signed by such officer, officers, agent or agents of the Company and in such manner as shall from time to time be determined by resolution of the Managers. In the absence of such determination by the Mangers, such instruments shall be signed by the Treasurer or the Secretary and countersigned by the President or a Vice President of the Company, if the Company has such officers.
