Common use of Child and Family Team (CFT) Clause in Contracts

Child and Family Team (CFT). A group of individuals who are convened and 16 engaged by the placing agency to identify the strengths and needs of the child and his or her family 17 and to help achieve positive outcomes for safety, permanency, and well-being.

Child and Family Team (CFT). A group of individuals who are convened and 16 20 engaged by the placing agency to identify the strengths and needs of the child and his or her family 17 21 and to help achieve positive outcomes for safety, permanency, and well-being.

Child and Family Team (CFT). A group of individuals who are convened and 16 9 engaged by the placing agency to identify the strengths and needs of the child and his or her family 17 10 and to help achieve positive outcomes for safety, permanency, and well-being.

Child and Family Team (CFT).
