Fight Captain. ‌ A "Fight Captain" is an Artist engaged to monitor stage fights for the duration of the production.

Fight Captain. ‌ A Fight Captain is an Artist designated by the Engager to provide or be responsible for the following services and duties: (i) to observe all fight rehearsals; (ii) to consult with the Fight Director or Fight Coach on all aspects of the fight(s); (iii) to conduct and monitor all run-throughs of the fight(s) prior to performance; (iv) to make blocking changes relevant to the fight(s) while on tour or in emergencies; (v) to call fight rehearsals as necessary in consultation with the Stage Manager and/or Artistic Staff.
Fight Captain. ‌ A Fight Captain must be an Artist member of the company engaged for the duration of one (1) or more productions throughout the season. A Fight Captain shall be paid the additional weekly fee specified in Clause 18:01 in addition to the Artist's contractual in-town fee for each week or part thereof from the date of the first fight rehearsal of a production through to the final performance of said production.

Fight Captain. If the Fight Director or Fight Choreographer is not present during the run of the production, a Fight Captain must be selected within the first week of fight/stunt rehearsals. If an Actor engaged under an Equity contract agrees to accept the assignment of Fight Captain, a rider indicating such agreement shall be executed between the Actor and the University and/or Theatre.
Fight Captain. Captain is the Artist engaged for the duration of the production to monitor stage fights. If, in accordance with Article 37:00 Fight Directors, the Engager engages a Fight Director, and if that person is not engaged for the duration of the production, the Engager shall assign a Fight Captain to monitor the stage fight(s) for the duration of the production.
Fight Captain. ‌ (A) Responsibilities‌ A Fight Captain shall be responsible for the following services and duties: observe all stage fighting rehearsals, consult with the Fight Director on all aspects of the onstage intimacy, conduct and monitor any run-throughs of the stage fighting prior to performance, make blocking changes relevant to the stage fighting while on tour or in emergencies, call stage fighting rehearsals as necessary in consultation with the Stage Manager. Should the Fight Captain deem it necessary to have a run-through of the stage fighting prior to a performance, the Engager shall call the Artist for the stage fighting run-through, not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, immediately prior to the half-hour call without additional compensation. Any breaks required prior to the half-hour call shall not be reduced by the stage fighting run-through.
