Childcare Educators and Teachers. a) Early Childcare Educators and Teachers may choose to earn vacation credits as per Article 16.1 or receive vacation pay on each cheque in accordance with the above formula. b) Employees who are not assigned to work as a result of a program closure will not be subject to lay-off provisions in accordance with Article 13.
