Common use of Childcare Clause in Contracts

Childcare. Where Employees are required by the Employer to work outside their ordinary hours of work and where less than 24 hours’ notice of the requirement to perform such overtime work has been given by the Employer, the Employee will be reimbursed for reasonable childcare expenses incurred. Evidence of expenditure incurred by the Employee must be provided to the Employer as soon as possible after the working of such overtime.
