Common use of Children At Risk Seats Clause in Contracts

Children At Risk Seats. Contractor shall provide a total of 0 full-time equivalent seats for MPS pupils who are Children at Risk as defined in Wis. Stat. § 118.153. Contractor expressly understands that under no circumstances shall the Board be obligated to make payment for more than said number of Children at Risk seats.
