CHILLER/REFRIGERATION SYS. CALIBRATION/OPTIMIZATION. The Contractor shall provide material, supervision, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, subcontract management, project management, Initial Capital and other services required to analyze, calibrate, optimize, and tune Chiller and/or Refrigeration systems and components to achieve maximum system Coefficient of Performance (COP). The Contractor shall provide a report of finding that summarizes results, conclusions, and recommendations in the general submittal format set forth in Paragraph C.4 herein.
