Common use of Chinese Language Version Clause in Contracts

Chinese Language Version. To the extent PalmSource needs to develop new Test Criteria for a Chinese language version (simplified and traditional) of the Licensee Products, the parties agree to work together in good faith to develop mutually agreeable new Test Criteria in a timely manner. The parties shall also discuss in good faith the option for Licensee to self-certify the Chinese language versions of its Licensee Products.

To the extent PalmSource needs to develop new Test Criteria for a Chinese language version (whether for simplified and or traditional) of the Licensee Products, the parties agree to work together in good faith to develop mutually agreeable new Test Criteria in a timely manner. The parties shall also discuss in good faith the option for Licensee to self-certify the Chinese language versions of its Licensee Products.
