Common use of Cholesterol Control Compliance Clause in Contracts

Cholesterol Control Compliance. Effective January 1, 2018, plan participants diagnosed with high cholesterol, who participate in one of the plans’ cholesterol control compliance programs will have their co- payments waived on related medications for the following calendar year as long as they maintain their participation in the program and use medications prescribed to treat their cholesterol without missing any days.
