Choosing an Administrator. In order to ensure content on a social media site is accurate and true to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, it is important to have a administrator that understands Catholic teachings and can communicate them effectively. The administrator must have written permission of pastor or immediate supervisor and be a diocesan employee who is a senior manager of the organization. This will allow the responsibility of ensuring proper content is posted and proper polices are followed to be managed by the diocesan employee. The administrator log on credentials should be shared with the pastor or appropriate supervisor.

Choosing an Administrator. In order to ensure content on a social media site is accurate and true to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, it is important to have a web administrator that understands Catholic teachings and can communicate them effectively. It is also important to have at least two administrators and no more than four administrators for each social media site. At least one administrator must be a Diocese of Orlando employee who is a director at the Chancery or parish level (or equivalent). This will allow the responsibility of ensuring proper content is posted and monitoring of the site to be managed by the diocesan employee (director or equivalent) while up to three additional administrators are able to participate with adding content. The administrator log on credentials should be shared with the pastor or appropriate supervisor, as well as his/her own account with administrator privileges.

  • Central      Committee In future central bargaining between Service Employees Union and the participating hospitals, an employee serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Committee shall be paid for time lost from his normal straight time working hours at his regular rate of pay and without loss of leave credits for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee in direct negotiations up to the point of arbitration. Upon reference to arbitration, the Negotiating Committee members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings. It is understood and agreed that the maximum number of Union Central Negotiating Committee members entitled to payment under this provision shall be eight, and in no case will more than one employee from a hospital be entitled to such payment. The Union shall advise the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee, before negotiations commence, of those employees to be paid under this provision. The Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee shall advise the eight hospitals accordingly. It is understood that this clause does not apply to a hospital that is not participating in Central Bargaining.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.
