CHOREOGRAPHER WORKSHOP. Choreographer workshop terms and conditions, on a case-by-case basis, shall be determined by a Joint Committee consisting of representatives of the Dancers' Committee and the Artistic Staff.
CHOREOGRAPHER WORKSHOP a. Choreographer workshop - terms and conditions outside minimum guarantee setforth herein are subject to AGMA approval.
b. Choreography by a Company Member - Company members who choreograph for The ATLANTA BALLET will use The ATLANTA BALLET’S Choreography Agreement and will receive no additional compensation for time spent creating the work, although hours worked will be credited towards total hours worked in a week for calculatingovertime. The company dancer/ Choreographer will be paid a per-performance royalty of $100. When the WORK is being remounted, they will be paid an hourly rehearsal fee to restage the work equal to the current year’s Rehearsal Assistant rate instead of any Day rateshown in the Choreography Agreement.
