Common use of CHRISTMAS BONUS Clause in Contracts

CHRISTMAS BONUS. 21.01 The Company agrees to provide a Christmas bonus to full-time employees. The payment will be as follows: - one (1) week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than one (1) year as at December 15th of the current year; or - three quarters (¾) of a week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than nine (9) months as of December 15th of the current year; or - half (½) of a week’s pay to all full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Company for more than six (6) months as of December 15th of the current year. 21.02 The Company agrees to provide in the year in which they retire, the Christmas bonus to those full-time employees who retire after June 30th, as outlined in Article 21.01 of this Agreement.
