Common use of CHRISTMAS BONUS Clause in Contracts

CHRISTMAS BONUS. 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($15.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th. 16.02 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed twelve (12) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars payable on or before December15th. 16.03 All part time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed three (3) years' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of forty ($40.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th. 16.04 All part time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed five (5) years' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifty ($50.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.
