CIS Site Sample Clauses

CIS Site. CSU shall provide survey, geotechnical and environmental reports as it may have relating to the CIS Site. CMSD (together with the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission) is solely responsible for site preparation and for constructing, furnishing and equipping the CIS Site and School. CSU shall not have any responsibility for operations, maintenance or capital improvements at the CIS Site unless specifically assumed in writing (i.e the parties may, by a separate agreement, elect to have CSU plow the snow in the parking lot as a matter of convenience). CMSD shall pay annually by July 1 of each year the amount of $44,400 for each year of the 50 year term. CMSD may file with the County Recorder's Office a memorandum of Xxxxx, after the same is agreed to by CSU's office of legal counsel, describing its rights at the Xxxx Center. Attached as Exhibit E is a Ground Lease describing certain covenants running with the Land.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:
