Common use of City Contribution Clause in Contracts

City Contribution. If retired August 15, 2011 and earlier: The City will contribute towards the monthly medical premium for the retiree and eligible qualified dependent(s) and retiree only dental premium up to the maximum the City contributes for Field employees for Tier 1 employees. The premiums shall be based on medical/dental coverage for the eligible retiree and medical coverage only for eligible dependent(s) as defined in the service provider’s group health benefit agreement.
