Common use of City Contribution Clause in Contracts

City Contribution. (Applies to SB1, SC1, and SD1 only) For each unit member required by the City to wear safety shoes, the City shall provide a voucher from the City designated department for one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) annually toward the cost of acquiring one (1) pair of safety shoes and related shoe supplies through the City vendor. The City shall provide the voucher during January of each fiscal year.
