City Contribution. (SI1) The City will contribute 3.75% of each participating employee's wages including overtime, "health and welfare premium", shift differential and "pool maintenance premium", to a deferred compensation plan administered by International City/County Management Association Retirement Corporation (ICMA RC) and referred to by the administrator as a "Guaranteed Account". Each participating employee will contribute an equivalent 3.75% of "wages", as that term is described above.
