City Council Approval It is agreed that this MOU is of no force or affect until ratified by the City Council of the City of Lompoc.
Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
STATE ACCEPTANCE All insurance providers are subject to Agency acceptance. If requested by Agency, Grantee shall provide complete copies of insurance policies, endorsements, self-insurance documents and related insurance documents to Agency’s representatives responsible for verification of the insurance coverages required under this Exhibit C. NATIONAL JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS 20.1 Subject to the National Joint Council By-Laws, agreements concluded by the National Joint Council of the Public Service on items which may be included in a collective agreement, and which the parties to this agreement have endorsed after December 6, 1978, will form part of this collective agreement, subject to the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA) and any legislation by Parliament that has been or may be, as the case may be, established pursuant to any Act prescribed in Schedule III of the PSLRA.
Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
Agreement Acceptance This Agreement is subject to acceptance by signature, issuance of an appropriate purchase order, and approval of the Agreement by the Board of Education.
Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance only at Seller’s facility in Farmington, Connecticut. These Terms of Sale shall be deemed accepted by Buyer upon Seller’s receipt of Purchase Order from Buyer. No condition stated by Buyer shall be binding upon Seller if in conflict with, inconsistent with or in addition to the Terms of Sale, unless expressly accepted in a writing signed by Seller. In the event of conflict or differences in the terms or conditions of Buyer’s Purchase Order and the Terms of Sale herein, the Terms of Sale shall govern.
