CITY EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COMMITTEE (CERC. 4.1 The City Manager shall designate a co-chairperson from the City’s senior management group to represent the City, and that official may designate four (4) others to assist them. The Union representation shall be as follows: no more than four (4) members of the Union in the City, as determined by the Union, plus a Staff Representative of the Union.
