Labour Relations Committee. During the term of this Agreement, meetings between the Union Xxxxxxx and the Company may be held once a month or at any reasonable time when either the Union or the Company submits an agenda of the business to be transacted and gives the other party twenty-four (24) hours notice of the meeting.
Labour Relations Committee. 41.01 The parties hereby establish a Labour Relations Committee comprised of representatives of EPSCA and the owner(s) and up to an equal number of representatives chose by the Union which will, upon the request of either party, meet semi-annually to deal with Labour Relations issues impacting the relationship between the parties.
Labour Relations Committee. 12.1 The parties shall establish a joint Labour Relations Committee to discuss and resolve matters of interest between the parties.
12.2 The objectives of the Labour Relations Committee shall include:
(a) establishing and maintaining a positive and constructive relationship between the Association and the Employer;
(b) working together to resolve Association and Employer issues and concerns related to the workplace;
(c) issues arising from the administration of the collective agreement.
12.3.1 The Labour Relations Committee shall be comprised of the two (2) AMAPCEO Workplace Representatives, and two (2) representatives from the Hospital. Each party may be accompanied by an employee resource person as needed.
12.3.2 The employee members of the committee, and any employee resource person accompanying them, shall be entitled to time off with pay and with no loss of credits for meeting time, for reasonable preparation, and travel time. Such time off shall not be unreasonably denied as long as proper notice is given.
12.3.3 The Committee shall have Hospital and Association Co-chairs and each party shall have one (1) vote on the Committee. Quorum for meetings shall be two (2) members from each of the Employer and Association side of the Committee.
12.3.4 The Committee shall meet monthly or as otherwise agreed.
12.4 Information of a confidential nature disclosed at the Labour Relations Committee will be kept confidential by AMAPCEO until the Hospital Authorizes the disclosure of the information; however this shall not be construed as preventing the Association from consulting internally with respect to the matter.
12.5 The Association may forward to the Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development of the Hospital any issue which is not resolved at the Labour Relations Committee. The Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development of the Hospital shall respond in writing to the committee on the matters raised within fifteen (15) working days of his or her receipt of notice of the unresolved item.
12.6 The Association shall in no way be precluded from filing a dispute under Article 15 on issues that it chooses to attempt first to resolve through the Labour Relations Committee process. Unless requested by either party, discussions at the Labour Relations Committee shall be without prejudice and shall not be relied upon by either party at mediation or arbitration.

Labour Relations Committee. The Labour Relations Committee (LRC) is a permanent committee of The Parties. Its purpose is to discuss and resolve any question relative to the application and interpretation of the Collective Agreement and labour conditions.
Labour Relations Committee. 4-5.01 The board and the union agree to form and to participate in the Labour Relations Committee. 4-5.02 The Labour Relations Committee is composed of six or eight (6 or 8) members. Each party shall name half the members.
Labour Relations Committee a) The Parties agree that the purpose of the Labour Relations Committee is to provide a forum through which the Parties may exchange information and views on all matters concerning the functioning of the Libraries as well as labour relations. These matters may not necessarily be specifically covered by the terms of the Collective Agreement. The Parties also agree that this committee should not be used as a substitute for the grievance and arbitration procedure.
b) The Committee shall be composed of six (6) members, three (3) of whom shall be nominated by the Union and three (3) by the University. The Committee shall convene upon request of one of the Parties (normally on a monthly basis) at a time and place agreed upon by the Parties. Each party shall advise the other in advance of the items it wishes to include on the agenda as well as the names of those Employees it feels should be asked to attend the meeting.
c) When the Committee's attention is drawn to a problem, a union representative who is a member of the Committee is freed, without loss of pay, to verify on site with the Employee(s) concerned and the University representative, the working conditions which form the basis of the complaint.
d) The Committee has the right to make recommendations as a result of its discussions, although it does not have the power to alter or amend the Collective Agreement or the Libraries’ policies and procedures in any way. The recommendation of the Committee is submitted in writing to the Union Executive and to the Director of Libraries. The Director of Libraries advises the Committee in writing, within fifteen (15) working days, of her/his response to the recommendation.
e) Before each Committee meeting, the Union representatives have one (1) hour without loss of pay, to prepare. In exceptional circumstances and after agreement with the University this time allotment may be extended.
f) The University informs the Union in writing of the names of its representatives on the Labour Relations Committee as well as any modifications which might occur.
Labour Relations Committee. Meetings between the Labour Relations Committee and the Company will be held at least every month or such earlier time as may be agreed. The Union or the Company shall submit an agenda of the business to be transacted. The Labour Relations Committee shall consist of the Union Plant Chairperson and Chief Xxxxxxx. The Union representative be allowed to attend these committee meetings.
Labour Relations Committee. There will be a Labour Relations Committee consisting of three (3) representatives from the Union and up to three (3) representatives from the Employer. Meetings will be held at least three (3) times per year. Agenda items must be received by the Chair at least seven (7) working days prior to the meeting. Members shall receive a finalized written Agenda from the Chair at least three (3) working days in advance of the meetings. The Chair will alternate and each party will receive copies of the minutes.
Labour Relations Committee a) The parties agree that the purpose of the Labour Relations Committee will be to discuss and resolve, if possible, all matters of concern to the two (2) parties. The parties agree that the Labour Relations Committee will also act as a Health and Safety Committee and will be as such recognized as being formed in virtue of article 82 of the Health and Safety Act and the representatives benefit from all the rights as recognized under Chapter IV and V of said Act.
b) The Committee consists of six (6) members, three (3) of whom will be nominated by the Union and three (3) by the University. When issues pertaining to Health and Safety are being discussed, both parties may have their respective Health and Safety representatives present at the meeting. The committee determines its own rules of procedure as well as the meeting agenda. An account of the issues discussed, as well as the decisions reached or necessary follow-ups, is produced by the committee members.
c) The Committee does not have the power to alter or amend the Collective Agreement.
d) The committee meets on a regular basis at least every second month at a time and place agreed to between the parties. Exceptionally, the committee may meet at the request of either party, at an agreed time and place within ten (10) days of the request. The University informs the Union, within reasonable delay, of the answer given to its proposals.
e) When the Committee's attention is drawn to a problem, a Union representative from the committee may verify on site with the employees concerned the working conditions which form the basis of the problem.
f) Before each Committee meeting, the Union representatives have one (1) hour without loss of pay, to prepare.
g) A Union representative who attends a meeting of the Labour Relations Committee, or who is liberated under the provisions of paragraphs e) or f) above suffers no loss of pay.
h) The Parties shall inform one another in writing of the names of their representatives on the Labour Relations Committee as well as any subsequent change.
Labour Relations Committee. The local parties set up a Labour Relations Committee within sixty (60) days of the date the collective agreement goes into effect. The composition, role and operating procedures of the committee are determined by arrangement at the local level.
