City Inmate. As used herein, "City Inmate" shall mean those Cities that are a party to this Agreement and have an inmate(s) charged in municipal courts of the Cities, those inmates arrested by a city law enforcement officer while held prior to being charged with a misdemeanor or to release without charges, or those inmates held by any City Court Order, warrant, or hold, or those inmates who are originally arrested for felony offenses and are referred to the appropriate City Attorney for filing in Municipal Court as described above, or as otherwise provided by law.

City Inmate a person subject to City custody who is transferred to SCORE’s custody under this Agreement. Good Time – Time earned by Inmates for good behavior while in custody. Good Time will be awarded at the conclusion of an Inmate’s sentence and will comply with restrictions imposed by RCW 9.92.151 Inmate – persons transferred to SCORE’s custody to be housed at the SCORE Facility, which shall include City Inmates.

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment The Employer recognizes the safety concerns of all staff and shall provide all employees whose work requires them to wear protective equipment with the necessary equipment and protective clothing. This committee may make recommendations on such equipment (e.g., gloves, long sleeved gowns, masks, goggles). These shall be maintained and replaced, where necessary, at the Employer's expense. Where the committee recommends the wearing of such protective clothing and equipment, and the Employer implements such recommendation, employees are obligated to comply with such recommendation(s).

  • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A leave of absence without pay or benefits not to exceed one (1) year may be granted at the discretion of the Board to any employee upon application for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university reasonably related to professional responsibilities.   • CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT (a) Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such Employer free of cost to the Employee.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
