City Minor Event. In addition to the rights reserved in Section 1.2(A), the City shall have the non‐assignable right to use the Arena (including the Premium Seating) on an as available basis for up to 24 meetings (including employee meetings), luncheons, banquets, seminars, and other substantially similar events (each, a "City Minor Event" and collectively, the "City Minor Events") each Operating Year that (i) are limited to no more than 450 individuals, and (ii) do not use the Floor in any manner that, in the reasonable judgment of TeamCo, could reasonably be expected to materially interfere with the operations of the Team or cause damage to the Floor, without the prior written consent of TeamCo.

City Minor Event. For any given City Minor Event (as defined in the Arena Agreement), ArenaCo shall make available to the City, without charge, a number of parking spaces at the Parking Facilities equal to one‐third of the City's reasonable and good faith estimate of the number of attendees at such City Minor Event, but in no event more than 150 parking spaces. ArenaCo shall make such parking available during the period commencing at least 90 minutes prior to, and ending at least one hour after, such City Minor Event.

  • Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.
