Minor Event definition

Minor Event means and include only the following:

Minor Event means a special event that does not require a traffic control plan or closure of a city street.

Minor Event means any Special Event of four hours or less, including time for setup and breakdown.

Examples of Minor Event in a sentence

• In addition to Town Water Dedication Requirements, the Annexor shall, as a condition of the Town's approval of any Event plan for any Major Event or Minor Event, as those terms are defined in the Amendable Letter of Understanding attached hereto as Exhibit C, provide the Town with details related to the source and amount of water sufficient to control dust during events, parking, and the restoration of the Property after the conclusion of any Major Event or Minor Event.

• If Xxxxxxx fails to reimburse the Town for fees of the Floodplain Consultant, the Annexor shall be prohibited from conducting any Major Event or Minor Event on the Property.

• No other parking will be necessary during these Minor Event dates, as the purpose of these operations is to minimize external parking congestion.

• To conduct an organized lineup and load-in process for the RockyGrass Academy and The Song School on the specific dates identified in this Minor Event Plan.

• This Minor Event Plan is limited to the two (2) dates identified above.

More Definitions of Minor Event

Minor Event means an event that takes place on private property;: (i) that has a minimal impact on neighboring properties; and (ii) that lasts for less than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours; and (iii) that does not meet the Special Event criteria; and (iv) during which the Owner or non-transient occupant is on site for the entire duration of the event., including but not limited to weddings, family reunions, memorials, or other ceremonies.

Minor Event means an event not exceeding four hours in duration and less than 100 people affiliated with the event. (i.e -. a wedding ceremony, small group gathering, etc.)

Minor Event means an event proposed by TQ, TA or Council to be held for the hire of any or all of the Plexipave courts (and the southern courts) and is expected to attract up to 1,000 patrons and/or competitors per day, including:

Minor Event means minor disturbances in quality of service, like: increase in average packet delay, jitter or packet loss below the established threshold levels, degraded bit error rate in systems with forward error correction, or diminution of quality that lasts less than 8 hours.

Minor Event means a Special Event with an anticipated attendance of less than 1,000, no licenced area, and no road closures.
