Premium Seating. The DHSP Tennis Stadium includes 19 luxury suites (the “Suites”). Licensee agrees that Licensor (a) shall have the exclusive right to sell or distribute tickets for the Suites to the performance, and (b) shall retain all revenues derived from the sale thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensor shall have the right to sell or distribute tickets to the Event for Suites, at prices established by Licensor in its sole discretion (including without limitation the right, if Licensor elects, to distribute such tickets to Suite holders at no additional charge). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall have the right to use 2 Suites (selected by Licensor) for the Events at no charge. Licensee acknowledges that use of such Suites does not include catering or other food or beverage service, costs of which shall be at Licensee’s sole expense. Use of such Suites shall be subject to Licensor’s Event Suite License Addendum, which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Premium Seating. On or before January 15, 1992, there shall be sufficient Premium Seating licensed or firmly committed to be licensed to satisfy the requirements of the Financing Arrangements for the design and construction of the Improvements and to satisfy the requirements of the Operator.

Premium Seating. The City will have the right to continue to use the existing suites in the Arena used by the City (Suite Nos. 1238 and 1239), including the tickets for seating and standing room in such suite, for each Event during the Term; provided that, if such suites are removed as part of the Renovations, Tenant will substitute such suites with a reasonably comparable suite (e.g., the suite currently known as the Coyotes Suite). To the extent Tenant refurbishes the suite(s) in the Arena used by the City as part of the Renovations, such refurbishment will utilize fixtures, furnishings, and finishes reasonably comparable to other suites in the same level and category as such suite(s).

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent.
