City Reserved Rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the City reserves and shall retain all naming, advertising and promotional rights in connection with all adjacent areas which do not include the Venue, including City owned or controlled parking facilities (including the City Owned Parking Areas) (collectively, the “Reserved Rights”); provided that in no event shall any naming, advertising or promotional rights arrangement relating to Reserved Rights conflict with any exclusive sponsorship promotional category granted to the Naming Rights Partner under the Naming Rights agreement. Hardball shall have no claims to any revenues derived by City from the Reserved Rights, and no such revenues shall be subject to this Agreement.

City Reserved Rights. In offering an extension, CITY reserves the right and FRANCHISEE expressly 352 acknowledges CITY right, to include modified or additional requirements including, but not limited 353 to: 354 1. Changes to the definition of Construction and Demolition Debris or to related definitions. 355 2. Changes to minimum requirements related to vehicles, Containers, signage, reporting, 356 outreach and education, insurance, Liquidated Damages, etc.

In the event that the City constructs or causes to be constructed utility improvements beneath the ROW during the term of this Agreement, the Port shall remove from the ROW any improvements that it has installed, when such removal is necessary to accommodate the City’s utility construction.

  • Reserved Rights (a) The state, for itself and others, reserves all rights not expressly granted to the lessee by this lease. These reserved rights include, but are not limited to:

  • Acquired Rights The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (b) the award of the Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (c) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Option awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (d) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy or resignation.

  • Reserved Names Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, Registry Operator shall comply with the requirements set forth in Specification 5 attached hereto (“Specification 5”). Registry Operator may at any time establish or modify policies concerning Registry Operator’s ability to reserve (i.e., withhold from registration or allocate to Registry Operator, but not register to third parties, delegate, use, activate in the DNS or otherwise make available) or block additional character strings within the TLD at its discretion. Except as specified in Specification 5, if Registry Operator is the registrant for any domain names in the registry TLD, such registrations must be through an ICANN accredited registrar, and will be considered Transactions (as defined in Section 6.1) for purposes of calculating the Registry-­‐level transaction fee to be paid to ICANN by Registry Operator pursuant to Section 6.1.

  • SCHEDULE OF RESERVED NAMES Except to the extent that ICANN otherwise expressly authorizes in writing, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Specification, Registry Operator shall reserve the following labels from initial (i.e., other than renewal) registration within the TLD. If using self-­‐allocation, the Registry Operator must show the registration in the RDDS. In the case of IDN names (as indicated below), IDN variants will be identified according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2020-21, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2022-23 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2022, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

  • Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).

  • Unbundled Subloop Distribution (USLD) 2.8.2.1 The USLD facility is a dedicated transmission facility that BellSouth provides from an End User’s point of demarcation to a BellSouth cross-connect device. The BellSouth cross-connect device may be located within a remote terminal (RT) or a stand-alone cross-box in the field or in the equipment room of a building. The USLD media is a copper twisted pair that can be provisioned as a 2-wire or 4-wire facility. BellSouth will make available the following subloop distribution offerings where facilities exist: USLD – Voice Grade (USLD-VG) Unbundled Copper Subloop (UCSL) USLD – Intrabuilding Network Cable (USLD-INC (aka riser cable))
