City Review of Schedule Sample Clauses

City Review of Schedule. The City may review the Contractor’s submitted schedule and may note any exceptions. The Contractor shall correct any exceptions noted by the City within five (5) working days of being notified of the exceptions. The City’s acceptance of a schedule does not relieve the Contractor from sole responsibility for scheduling, sequencing, and pursuing the Work to comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents. If the Contractor submits any schedule that provides for a completion date earlier than the Time of Completion it is expressly understood that the City will not pay additional money for early completion or damages, no matter what the cause for the contractor’s inability or meet the original completion date. The Contractor shall not submit any Project schedule or schedule of values that shows the Contractor has engaged in front-end loading. “Front-end loading” is defined to mean the overestimation of the cost of work to be performed at the beginning of the Project and underestimating the cost of work to be performed at the end.
