Original Completion Date definition

Original Completion Date means the last Day of the Month designated as the “Completion Date” for such Sub Phase in the table set forth in Section 5.A(1) without giving effect to any delays or extensions in such Completion Date pursuant to the Section 5.A(3) and/or Section 5.C or by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Original Completion Date means, in respect of a Building, the date of practical completion of the most recent Original Works for that Building (or, if later, the date of the relevant final building control certificate in respect of such Original Works).
