CITY RIGHT TO DIRECT CHANGES. The City may direct the Franchisee to perform additional services or modify the manner in which it performs existing services; provided, however, that City’s request shall not impact the exclusivity provisions of this Agreement. Franchisee shall be entitled to an adjustment in its compensation for providing such additional or modified services in accordance with Section 7.1.C.2 of this Agreement.
