Common use of City Rules Clause in Contracts

City Rules. To the full extent permitted by applicable law either now or in the future, the City reserves the right to adopt or issue such rules, regulations, orders, or other directives governing the Facilities that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement and that it finds necessary or appropriate in the lawful exercise of its police powers, and the Company expressly agrees to comply with all such lawful rules, regulations, orders, or other directives.
