Civic Duty. Employees must give their supervisor advance notice when they are requested to appear for jury duty. Time off to comply with a summons for obligatory jury duty will be paid subject to court verification. The Company will grant unpaid time off for other court ordered processes. Employees are expected to notify their supervisors as soon as possible of the need for time off to comply with any court order.
