CIVIL LEAVE/JURY DUTY. 24.1 Any covered employee shall be granted civil leave without loss of pay or accrued leave when performing jury duty or when subpoenaed to appear before a court, public body, or administrative tribunal. Such civil leave shall only be granted when the time period of service coincides with the employee’s regular work schedule. A covered employee shall report to work when not impaneled for actual service or s/he is on call.
