CIVIL LEAVE/JURY DUTY. 11.4.1 An officer who receives a summons to serve on a jury must notice the Employer of such summons as soon as practicable. If the officer must serve during a regularly scheduled workday the officer will be entitled to their regular hourly rate of pay for their regularly scheduled daily work hours and will be allowed to retain any compensation awarded by the court for jury service.
