Claims Evidence Sample Clauses
The Claims Evidence clause requires a party making a claim under a contract to provide supporting documentation or proof to substantiate their claim. In practice, this means that if a party seeks additional payment, an extension of time, or any other contractual remedy, they must present relevant records, reports, or other forms of evidence to justify their request. This clause ensures that claims are legitimate and verifiable, helping to prevent unfounded or exaggerated demands and facilitating fair resolution of disputes.
Claims Evidence. You must provide at your own expense all reasonable and necessary evidence (including post-mortem examinations if applicable) in support of a claim. If we require additional evidence, we may ask you to undergo any medical examinations in connection with any claim as we may require at our own expense. You must co-operate with us in the course of our investigation to establish the loss if so required; failure to do so may result in us declining the claim due to insufficient evidence.
Claims Evidence. The Customer shall provide necessary evidence documents for its claim. The notice should include the following information:
1) Claimant;
2) A detailed description of the claim;
3) Supporting materials, as indicated in Jinko Claim guideline, including photos of affected modules or testing reports;
4) Serial number, types, and numbers of affected module;
5) Evidence for purchase of the affected module;
6) Initial installation location;
7) Other supplementary information required by ▇▇▇▇▇; In the event the Customer fails to notify ▇▇▇▇▇ and provide the relevant information of (1)-(7) as described above, ▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to refuse to process the relevant claim demand without any liability.

An Insured Person must undergo any reasonable medical examinations in connection with any claim as the Company may require at its own expense.
