Clarification and Amendment of Bidding Documents. Prospective bidders may request for clarification on and/or interpretation of any part of the Bidding Documents. Such requests must be in writing and received by the Procuring Entity, either at its given address or through electronic mail indicated in the IB, at least ten (10) calendar days before the deadline set for the submission and receipt of Bids.

  • Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data.

  • Ratification and Amendment This Agreement shall become effective when ratified by the Board and Association and signed by authorized representatives thereof and may be amended or modified during its term only with mutual consent of both parties.
