CLARIFICATION OF TERMS. 1:01 Whenever the singular or masculine is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural or feminine has been used where the context so requires. 1:02 If any provisions of this Agreement or of any collective agreement made in pursuance thereof are found to be contrary to the provisions of any law, now or hereafter enacted, this Agreement will not be abrogated, but it is subject to such amendments as may be necessary to bring it into conformity with the law.
