CLARIFICATION OF TERMS. 2.01 Wherever the words “employee” or “employees” appear, it shall mean any person or persons covered by this Agreement. 2.02 For the purpose of this Agreement: (a) “Full-time employee” is an employee who is scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week on a regular basis; (b) “Part-time employee” is an employee who works less than full-time hours, but greater than fifteen (15) hours per week;
