Clarification of Tuesday to Saturday Work Week. The Tuesday to Saturday Work Week shall be on a voluntary basis, unless the Company cannot obtain enough volunteers to fill the requirements, then the junior men in the required categories will be requested to work such shift. Where the Company has to appoint men to this shift, any one period of service shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
