Clarification on Decision. Within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of the award, should the parties disagree as to the meaning of the decision of the Board or the Sole Arbitrator either party may apply to the Chairperson of the Board of Arbitration or Sole Arbitrator, to reconvene.
