Clarifying Questions. The Facilitator solicits clarifying questions for the purpose of understanding the proposal; any reactions expressed to the proposal or discussion about the proposal is cut off by the Facilitator, as are any questions which the Facilitator believes are conveying information or a reaction as opposed to seeking to clarify the proposal. The participant making the proposal responds to each clarifying question, or, at his or her option, states that the answer is not specified in the proposal.

We offer preventative maintenance contracts for refrigeration equipment in Texas. DFW, Houston, Beaumont and Austin. * 53 Describe your payment terms and accepted payment methods. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. To be considered for an open account, all new customers will be required to complete a New Customer Application and provide tax exemption certification if applicable. All applicants are subject to Strategic's Credit Terms and Policies and must meet criteria specified therein.   • Errors, Questions, and Complaints a. In case of errors or questions about your transactions, you should as soon as possible contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. b. If you think your periodic statement for your account is incorrect or you need more information about a transaction listed in the periodic statement for your account, we must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we send you the applicable periodic statement for your account that identifies the error. You must: 1. Tell us your name; 2. Describe the error or the transaction in question, and explain as clearly as possible why you believe it is an error or why you need more information; and, 3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. c. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your complaint in writing within ten (10) Business Days after your oral notification. Except as described below, we will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) Business Days after you notify us of the error. We will tell you the results of our investigation within three (3) Business Days after we complete our investigation of the error, and will correct any error promptly. However, if we require more time to confirm the nature of your complaint or question, we reserve the right to take up to forty-five (45) days to complete our investigation. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error. If we ask you to submit your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) Business Days, we may not provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account. If it is determined there was no error we will mail you a written explanation within three (3) Business Days after completion of our investigation. You may ask for copies of documents used in our investigation. We may revoke any provisional credit provided to you if we find an error did not occur.

  • Comments We welcome your comments and feedback about the Sites and our products. In addition, in some places the Sites enable users to post comments and product reviews which may be viewed by other users.   • Errors or Questions Call or write us, as explained in Section 23, as soon as you can if you think an error has occurred in your PayCard Account. We must allow you to report an error until 60 days after the earlier of the date you electronically access your account, if the error could be viewed in your electronic history, or the date we sent the FIRST written history on which the error appeared. You may request a written history of your transactions at any time by calling or writing us, as explained in Section 23. You will need to tell us: a. Your name and PayCard number. b. Why you believe there is an error and the dollar amount involved. c. Approximately when the error took place. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days of hearing from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have access to the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account. For errors involving new PayCard Accounts or point-of-sale or international transactions, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new PayCard Accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your PayCard Account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days of completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. If you need more information about our error-resolution procedures, call us, as explained in Section 23, or visit xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.

  • Suggestions We shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including Users, relating to the operation of the Services.

  • FINDINGS AND ORDERING PARAGRAPHS The Commission, having considered the entire record and being fully advised in the premises, is of the opinion and finds that: (1) SBC Illinois and AccuTel are telecommunications carriers as defined in Section 13-202 of the Public Utilities Act; (2) SBC Illinois and AccuTel have entered into an Amendment to their Interconnection Agreement dated as of April 11, 2003, which has been submitted to the Commission for approval under Section 252(e) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996; (3) the Commission has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter hereof; (4) the recitals of fact and conclusions reached in the prefatory portion of this Order are supported by the record and are hereby adopted as findings of fact; (5) the Amendment to the agreement between SBC Illinois and AccuTel does not discriminate against a telecommunications carrier not a party to the Amendment; (6) in order to assure that the Amendment is in the public interest, SBC Illinois should implement the Amendment by filing a verified statement with the Chief Clerk of the Commission, within five (5) days of approval by the Commission, that the approved amendment is the same as the Amendment filed in this docket with the verified Petition. The Chief Clerk shall place the Amendment on the Commission’s website under Interconnection Agreements; (7) SBC Illinois should also place replacement sheets in its tariffs at the following location: Ill.C.C. No. 21 Section 19.15; (8) the Amendment should be approved as hereinafter set forth; (9) approval of the Amendment does not have any precedential effect on any future negotiated agreements or Commission Orders.

  • Clarifications It is the Bidder’s responsibility to become familiar with and fully informed regarding the terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Bids. Lack of understanding and/or misinterpretation of any portions of this Invitation for Bids shall not be cause for withdrawal of your bid after opening or for subsequent protest of award. Bidder’s must contact the Procurement Division, at the phone number on the bid cover sheet prior to bid opening, should clarification be required. Modification or alteration of the documents contained in the solicitation or contract shall only be valid if mutually agreed to in writing by the Bidder and the County.
