Classification Plan Revisions A. The Employer will provide to the Union, in writing, any proposed changes to the classification plan including descriptions for newly created classifications. Upon request of the Union, the Employer will bargain, in accordance with Article 37, Mandatory Subjects, the effect(s) of a change to an existing class or newly proposed classification.
Classification Review (a) An Employee who has reason to believe that they are improperly classified due to a substantial change in job duties, may apply to the Department Director, or designate, to have the Employee’s classification reviewed. The Director, or designate, will review the Employee’s application and advise the Employee of the Employer’s decision.
Classification Plan (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the need to maintain the principles of Pay Equity to evaluate jobs in the Public Service bargaining unit. The parties also agree to apply the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan in accordance with those principles to all bargaining unit positions using the gender neutral plan factors and degrees in the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan. The Public Service Job Evaluation Plan will be used to evaluate positions in the Main Agreement and to determine their appropriate factor ratings.
Plan Review Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, as additional rent, the reasonable costs of professional services and costs for general conditions of Landlord's third party consultants if utilized by Landlord (but not Landlord's "in-house" personnel) for review of all plans, specifications and working drawings for any Alterations, within ten (10) business days after Tenant's receipt of invoices either from Landlord or such consultants. In addition, Tenant agrees to pay Landlord, within ten (10) business days after completion of any Alterations, a fee to cover Landlord's costs of supervising and administering the installation of such Alterations, in the amount of eight percent (8%) of the cost of such Alterations, but in no event less than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
Staffing Plan 8.l The Board and the Association agree that optimum class size is an important aspect of the effective educational program. The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.
ROAD PLAN CHANGES If the Purchaser desires a change from this road plan including, but not limited to, relocation, extension, change in design, or adding roads; a revised road plan must be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator for consideration. Before work begins, Purchaser shall obtain approval from the State for the submitted plan.
