CLASSIFICATIONS WITH SUPERVISORY DUTIES. In accordance with decisions of the National Labor Relations Board and Agreements between Company and Union, there are certain classifications in the bargaining unit which have supervisory duties. Company may at its discretion establish classifications which are supervisory within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act. Upon agreement by Company and Union, Company may eliminate certain classifications which are within the bargaining unit but have supervisory responsibilities, including the elimination of such classifications from Exhibit F.
