POSTING OF JOB AWARDS. (a) (Deleted 1-1-88) (b) Company shall post biweekly on the bulletin boards in each headquarters within the system a list of all job awards made through prebids and through transfers since the last list was posted. Such list will include the job vacancy number (where appropriate) and headquarters, the appointed employee's name and Service, and the Agreement Section relied upon for the award. (Amended 1-1-88) An employee in General Construction must pass the appropriate agreed-to employment test battery before the employee's bid to fill a job vacancy in a Region or General Office Department under the provisions of Title 18 will be considered. Such employee shall be entitled to two opportunities to pass the test referred to above. The second attempt to pass such test must be a minimum of three months from the date of the initial attempt. However, where the parties have agreed that certain classifications, other than normal entry level, have substantially identical tasks in General Construction as in the Regions or General Office Departments, successful performance by an employee in such classification will be considered as presumptive evidence of meeting the appropriate agreed-to test requirements. Additionally, a former General Construction employee who has become a Region or General Office Department employee at the journeyman level or below must meet the agreed-to test battery to meet the employment requirements for Region or General Office Department employees before being promoted to a Working Xxxxxxx job on other than a temporary basis. Notwithstanding the foregoing, successful performance as a temporary Working Xxxxxxx in a Region or General Office Department for a cumulative total of six months or more shall be presumptive evidence of meeting such requirements. Such list will include the job vacancy number (where appropriate) and headquarters, the appointed employee's name and Service, and the Agreement Section relied upon for the award. Such lists will be posted at each headquarters biweekly by the assigned Clerical Staff. (Amended 8-15-17)
POSTING OF JOB AWARDS. At least once each month and within an interval of not more than 31 days, each Region or Department of the Company shall post on electronic bulletin boards, a list of all job awards made through pre-bids or transfers since the last list was posted. Such list will include the job vacancy number (where appropriate), classifications and headquarters, the appointed employee's name and Service, and the Agreement Section relied upon for the award.   • POSTING OF RECOMMENDED AWARD AND PROTESTS The recommended award will be posted for review by interested parties at the Procurement Division and at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/OrangeBids/AwardsRec/default.asp prior to submission through the appropriate approval process and will remain posted for a period of five (5) full business days.

  • Posting of Schedules The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.

  • Posting of Agreement To ensure that the Parties are aware of the terms of the Agreement, and to assist in any resolution of a disputes or the avoidance thereof a copy of this Agreement shall be retained by the Employer at all times for ready access by any Employee on a project site or via access to the Employer’s intranet, and the Employer will provide a permanent copy for each Union Delegate or Employee representative and Health and Safety Representative on a project site.

  • Accelerated Vesting of Equity Awards One hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s then-outstanding and unvested Equity Awards will become vested in full. If, however, an outstanding Equity Award is to vest and/or the amount of the award to vest is to be determined based on the achievement of performance criteria, then the Equity Award will vest as to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Equity Award assuming the performance criteria had been achieved at target levels for the relevant performance period(s).

  • Vesting of Award Subject to Section 2(b) below and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, this Award shall become vested in three equal annual installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date hereof. Unless otherwise provided by the Company, all dividends and other amounts receivable in connection with any adjustments to the Shares under Section 4(c) of the Plan shall be subject to the vesting schedule in this Section 2(a).

  • Vesting of RSUs (a) The following vesting provisions shall apply to the RSUs: (i) Subject to the Grantee’s continued Employment through the Service Vesting Date or Service Vesting Dates, as applicable, as specified in the RSU Grant Certificate attached hereto, the RSUs shall become vested on such date or dates, as applicable, as to the percentage(s) set forth in such RSU Grant Certificate. (ii) If, prior to the date the RSUs are vested as provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) above or otherwise terminate and are forfeited pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and (c) below: (A) the Grantee’s Employment terminates due to the Grantee’s Retirement, if applicable, then all Retirement RSUs shall, in the discretion of the Administrator, be fully vested as a result thereof; (B) the Grantee dies or experiences a Disability, then all unvested RSUs shall be vested as a result thereof, provided that if the Grantee is not an employee of the KKR Group, then any vesting of unvested RSUs described in this clause (B) shall be in the discretion of the Administrator; or (C) there occurs a Change in Control prior to any termination of the Grantee’s Employment, then all or any portion of any unvested RSUs may, in the discretion of the Administrator, be vested as a result thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Corporation receives an opinion of counsel that there has been a legal judgment and/or legal development in the Grantee’s jurisdiction that would likely result in the favorable treatment applicable to the Retirement RSUs pursuant to this Section 2.1(a)(ii) being deemed unlawful and/or discriminatory, then the Corporation will not apply the favorable treatment at the time the Grantee’s Employment terminates due to the Grantee’s Retirement under clause (A) above, and the RSUs will be treated as set forth in Section 2.1(a)(i), 2.1(b), 2.1(c) or the other provisions of this Section 2.1(a)(ii), as applicable. (iii) All RSUs that become vested under this Section 2.1(a) are eligible to be Settled pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement. (b) If the Grantee’s Employment terminates for any reason other than due to the Grantee’s death, Disability or Retirement, each as provided for in Section 2.1(a) above, all then unvested RSUs (including any RSUs that are not Retirement RSUs) shall immediately terminate and be forfeited without consideration, and no Class A Common Stock shall be delivered hereunder. (c) The Grantee’s right to vest in the RSUs under the Plan, if any, will terminate effective as of the date that the Grantee is no longer actively providing services (even if still considered employed or engaged under local Law) and will not be extended by any notice period mandated under local Law (e.g., active Employment would not include a period of “garden leave” or similar period pursuant to local Law) except as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Corporation or the Designated Service Recipient with the Grantee; the Administrator shall have the exclusive discretion to determine when the Grantee is no longer actively employed or engaged for purposes of the RSUs.

  • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting. A. The name of employees on the seniority list shall appear in seniority rank order within areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirements, with the name of the most senior employee appearing at the top of the listing and the name of the least senior employee appearing at the bottom of the listing. B. The names of employees who are certificated, licensed, or otherwise minimally qualified in more than one (1) area shall be included on the listing for all areas of certification, license, or entry-level requirement. C. The names of part-time employees shall appear on the seniority list but shall be listed separately from the names of full-time employees.
