Classified, Unclassified and Provisional. All employees in the bargaining units, regardless of their status of classified, unclassified, provisional or other, shall have all the rights and protection provided under this Agreement.

  • Unclassified Service Leave Leave may be granted to any classified employee to accept a position in the unclassified service of the State of Minnesota.

Moreover, for purposes of 2 CFR Part 200.322, “Manufactured products” means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe, aggregates such as concrete, class, including optical fiber, and lumber.
