State Professional Committee. There shall be a statewide Professional Committee which shall consist of representatives from agencies with more than thirty (30) bargaining unit members. The Committee may address any statewide issue it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: classification studies, client care, staffing, professional development and health and safety policies.

State Professional Committee. The parties will establish a joint labor-management committee to provide specific representation for bargaining unit 13 and 14 employees. The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives from the Union and five (5) representatives from the Employer, including at least one (1) representative of the Office of Collective Bargaining. The purpose of the Committee shall be to promote a climate of professionalism and constructive relations, and to discuss issues related to the specific interests of professional employees. The Committee shall meet at least twice each year and agendas for each meeting will be exchanged at least seven (7) days in advance to allow the parties to prepare to discuss matters of interest and concern to the other party.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.
